Christiane Maalouf Rubeiz is a Banker and Professor. At USJ and ISEB, Dr. Rubeiz teaches since 2007 Master’s Degrees classes in three faculties: Faculty of Business Administration & Management (FGM), Faculty of Economics (FSE) and Higher Institute for Banking Studies (ISEB). She earned a double major in Business Administration and Law from USJ, a Master in Business Administration & finance and received her PhD in Economics from the University Nancy II France in 2007. Professor Christiane’s main academic interests range across Banking Law, Risk Management, Company Law, Research Methodology. She is an experienced trainer in Banking, Talent development, Negotiation, Management, Supervisory and Behavioral skills, capable of conducting courses and workshops in Arabic, French, English and Spanish. She has been invited to speak in numerous conferences overseas and she is the author of university articles published on topics related to Basel Reforms, Impact of the crisis on emerging market countries, Financial Globalization and Challenges, Prudential Supervision, Economic and Banking crisis, Consumerism.

Mr. Elie El-Hashash is an Attorney in Law in Lebanon since 1988. He is a Member of the Beirut Bar Association and a Professor at Saint Joseph University (USJ) and ISEB since 1991. Me. El-Hashash earned his BS in 1988 and a Master Degree in Law in 1991 from the USJ. Me. El-Hashash is a professor since 1991. His areas of teaching expertise are in Banking and Insurance Laws, Civil Laws, Commercial and Business Laws. In addition to his academic background, Me. El-Hashas is a lecturer and a professional trainer who has delivered a wide range of seminars and workshops in his areas of expertise.

Rodrigue Abi-Elhesen is a Startegic and Capital Management Professional from Luxembourg. He is Professor at USJ anf ISEB teaching a Finance and Risk Management topics in Banking. Rodrigue earned his Mater Degree in Banking and Finance from INSEAD France, in Business Administration from UQÀM in Canada and several degrees and international professional certifications. Rodrigue has spent more than eighteen years in the financial industry, in the entire spectrum of financial risk management functions. Currently, Rodrigue is leading the Transversal Enterprise Risk Management team at one of the largest Banks in Luxembourg. He is responsible for monitoring Group risks and developing and managing risk management reports. He is in contact with the regulatory authorities, and in charge of the production of the Group's regulatory and transversal risk management reports in addition to leading major regulatory projects. He is Fluent in Arabic, French, and English

Wael El Chami is an HR, Finance and Insurance trainer and professional. Wael earned in 2007 a Master Degree in Business Administration from the FGM of the USJ of Beirut with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. At ISEB Wael is a training expert. He teaches a wide range of insurance, soft skills, and other banking topics since 2008. He is familiar with the Saudi laws and working environment. Wael is residing in Riyadh since 2007. In addition to his academic background, Wael is an insurance professional and occupied several senior positions ranging from Strategy Development to Merger and acquisitions in major insurance companies in KSA.

Mr. Riachi has an extensive experience in Banking Supervision with 20 years in the Banking Control Commission of Lebanon where he currently occupies a senior position, specializing in risk management and the Basel Accord. Mr. Riachi is a renowned speaker in the Risk Management and Banking Supervision fields and gave several seminars and workshops. In addition, Mr. Riachi gives the preparatory course for the “Lebanese Banking Regulations Qualification” at ESA (Ecole Supérieure des Affaires) where he lectures about several topics related to Lebanese regulations such as Capital and Capital adequacy, Risk Management, Liquidity, Banks Investments and lending activities, Corporate Governance and Financial Statements. Mr. Riachi lectured at many Lebanese universities where he taught accounting, finance and risk management for both undergraduate and graduate students and he currently teaches Financial Statements Analysis for the Level I of the CFA program at Finance and Risk Institute (FRI) and Risk Management courses for the graduate program at ISEB (Institut Supérieur d’Etudes Bancaires). Also, he is in charge of the preparatory course “Bank Credit” Certificate, a continuous training program for bank employees that focuses on the banks’ lending activity, the credit file analysis and the related regulations imposed by the supervisors.
